Yoga

Katy has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and had always found it a source of peace for her. But just in the last couple of years has she felt the desire to lead it. She values this moving meditation for its ability to both soothe and strengthen, developing a nurturing style that challenges while also being accessible to all levels. This has earned her classes the title of “sneaky hard” as students do more than they thought possible, but with a gentleness that leaves them serene.
